SaaS and customer support
If any of you are running a SaaS business, can you let me know what type of support requests you are getting?
For a desktop app, the issue may be that the app isn't loading on the customer's PC, because they are missing the NET framework, or they are using a firewall that's blocking stuff.
For a Wordpress plugin, the issue may be that the plugin doesn't work, because there's a conflict with another plugin or theme, or their hosting account isn't configured properly.
Do SaaS businesses have a similar type of support request? Maybe "where is that feature you promised"?
