Quick Question: "What is an acceptable lead time for affiliates?"

Hi Guys,

What is an acceptable lead time for affiliates to get there ass in gear for a launch?

Is a month to 6 weeks fair and reasonable?

A good affiliate can build their review page and funnel in a few days and then they will do the pre launch for about 6-10 days (depending on what you give them for the pre launch material I guess).

Then about 7 days for them to make videos and other blogs for ranking in Google with your Product Name keyword.

All I needed as an affiliate was 15-20 days and I was able to make that work pretty good!

As a vendor, I give about 3-4 weeks.

  I've done internal launches and some continual CB stuff but I didn't wan't to harm affiliate sign ups by going too short on lead dates.
