Sub Niches or Micro Niches for Self Help

Hi Everyone,

What could be considered as a sub niche or a micro niche for the self help market? And on the topic of sub niches and micro niches, do I have to be narrow in terms of the topic or the target people or both?

    Self Help (Macro Niche)
    People who have had panic attacks and want to get rid of it (sub niche)
    People who are trying to cure panic attacks using systematic desensitization
    The more targeted, the better as long as the solution you are offering is one this group is willing to pay for.
    etc. (micro niche)

    There are probably better explanations but I was using your suggestion.

      They are the following:

      • Public Speaking
      • Self Defense
      • Self-Esteem
      • Stress Managements
      • Success
      • Survival
      • Time Management

        All those categories have further subcategories, so there is a lot of brainstorming involving self-help sub-niches.
