What is the best Site Flipping guide out there?

I am looking at investing in a good guide on Site Flipping.
What would you recommend as the best?

I have most of the free guides out there but feel like I am missing some info. Pricing a site and tips on how to best list a site are high up on my wish list.

Does any one have any recommendations?

    It might depend on what exactly you are after, some of the ebooks out there cover such different areas of site flipping.

    Flip Mastery by Kate Anderson is very good and gives a good detailed overview of all types of site flipping in general.

    My ebook is completely different again as I give complete instructions on the site building side of it as well as the flipping side of it, which many don't cover the actual creation of sites.

    So it's a bit hard to say which is best as they are so different.

        I have been thinking about Justin's course, but I am not comfertable spending that much on a monthly basis. Is it realistic for someone to walk in as a flip newbie and earn fast enough to pay for the course?

        Also, does his course involve buying other stuff (beyond hosting and domain name of course)? Such as caffinated content, premium themes, etc?

    You can also check out Justin Brooke's course. I am using it and have been happy with the content so far.

    I cover listing, I give a copy of my exact listing that I use. I sell most of my sites on Ebay so it is a bit more about Ebay listings although I do cover Sitepoint also.

    I also go into detail on the after sales transfer process.

    Check out website profiteering. It is filled with all the info you need. The author also has an ebook on how to purchase sites with no money down.
