What's the ideal conversion rate for amazon products through a website?

I've been using amazon associates on my coffee website and the conversion is averaging to app 17%. Is that a good conversion rate?

Anything that makes you a profit is a great conversion rate. Always keep in mind that profit is the goal, not conversion.

Optimal would of course be 100%.

If it gives you a good profit then 17% is a good conversion.

It's all about the profit after all.

But of course it would be better if it could give you a higher percentage.

The number in itself is a good conversion rate although as other warriors mention, the ROI is a more important factor in the end.

Regardless though, you should keep testing and split testing variables to try and bring the conversion up. There are so many factors you can tackle all the time.

I am actually not using the marketing tech, rather I am doing SEO...it's slow but my only investment are the articles and the traffic is coming naturally....I am just focusing on building good backlinks and in-depth content.

There is no such thing as an "ideal conversion rate" because the conversion rate can vary depending on a multitude of factors.

I also have a question for you: How are you receiving your payments from Amazon?
Are you living in the US?

HCF, I am dealing with SEO, so there is no as such expense for marketing that much on a regular way. It's needed at the start. I would be receiving the payment via cheque and I live in India.
Chan, it's by the way increasing now since till now from posting of thread. The link is Friedcoffee
