No offense at all, but this is a bad move. You can buy income sites off Flippa, and places just like it, and you can certainly hire someone to grow you an income site. The problem comes when you're faced with operating that business, growing it, and protecting it from decline. You'll need know-how to secure the safety of your investment. If I were you, I'd limit your risk by entering IM with a low-cost venture, use a place like WF as your educational platform, and simply take action. You'll learn a lot, and it will cost you very little.
