What's the name of the productivity method?

I'm trying to do some research and can't remember the name...it's a productivity method where you work really hard and focused for something like 40 minutes then take 10 minutes off?


I think it starts with a "P". Does this ring a bell with anyone?

    It's called the Pomodoro Technique.

    I use it in conjunction with "wasting time" on forums, heh.
