Best Source for Customized Promotional Products?

Hi everyone,

I have a client who is going to be doing a crowdfunding campaign for a new technology and he needs some customized promotional products for giveaways. He would like T-shirts, coffee mugs, tumblers, bumper stickers, etc all emblazoned with his logo. Does anybody have any ideas for a great source for these items?

Thanks,

Sandy

You don't mention where's your client from, but assuming it's US, my first suggestion are these guys (they have a very diversified portfolio):

If you really want to save money, try alibaba

The only drawback is the minimum volume requirement

This might require you to pick only one type of item for your client's promotions

As one who teaches safe sourcing and easy importing, I advise that you avoid Alibaba.

This is not because of the myth that says you must place big orders, because I have taught hundreds how to order small quantities direct from manufacturers. Rather it is because it is too risky.

If the OP likes to PM me I can provide contact details for a Taiwan owned company that will supply an MOQ as low as 100. Please note: I don't supply lists of suppliers. This is a one-off offer to help the OP.

I've always used VistaPrint for that stuff, but I see commercials for CustomInk all the time now as well. CafePress is another one you can look at as well..

If they are looking for any kind of vinyl signage I'd look for a local printer. For other promo items I'd recommend Quality Logo Products: https://www.qualitylogoproducts.com/

PromoDirect have the advantage of carrying a vast product range, as well as carrying a huge inventory, so they can give fast delivery.

The company I have in mind in Taiwan has a very large range, but because they are manufacturers, not wholesalers like PromoDirect, their range is nowhere near as big.

The advantage they would have is the much lower cost as a result of being the actual manufacturers.

I suggest that if wanting to buy from PromoDirect it could pay to inquire about signing up as a distributor.
