College Entrepreneurship
I began my studies in both Costa Rica and Italy but I'm currently finishing out my Bachelors in Marketing at a fairly decent school in the South. Since I applied late, I was put into the freshman dorms. It hasn't been so bad and much to my surprise, my dorm mate is extremely mature and very business-minded. When I'm working on IM he sometimes comes over my shoulder and has me explain things to him, he even wants to get into IM a little bit himself.
Aside from IM, though, we'd like to get into the world of entrepreneurship before we graduate. And since many of you were in the marketing World way before the Internet was around, I'd figure this would be a great place to get some ideas on what kind of business we could run out of our dorm room. You all see the articles in Business journals about college kids making big bucks out of their dorm room and I figure, why not me?
Any suggestions or discussion would be greatly appreciated.
