Dropbox Like Business

Hi I bought a pretty reliable file hosting script, similar to Dropbox. The product to me is quite good.

Now I'm thinking of how to market and grow this base? I think to first objective is to find active users who will use the product. I don't mind giving it out free.

Any advice what's the best way to do this? Facebook ads? Or SEM? Probably a budget of $500, I'd be happy if my cost per customer is less than $10
