Are you looking to make sales through your ads, build a list, create brand awareness? It's not clear what your end goal is.

Also, the niche and type of offer you have might work better on some platforms than others. For many marketers Facebook is the best advertising platform. For others is crap. If you're in the IM niche though you will probably notice that the leads can become quite expensive and it might not be worth it.

Again, you need to be specific about your goal. Your question at this point is like "what is the best food in the world?" instead of asking something like "what is the best food in the world for antiaging/building mucles and so on." Divide and conquer

Start off with Google Adwords or Bing Ads. Your results will depend on your niche selection and how you operate your marketing campaign.

It seems to me you need to be more specific, about what you want to do.
You would come to that, based on what you like, what you can do or what is convenience. What you can get going quickly, my advice would be once you find a niche, based on the above. You get a good affiliate product, promote that with free traffic at first, put up a fan-page, and get subscribers.

Then you use cheap Facebook ads and solo ads, one more thing test, if it’s not working

It depend on the kind of business you are doing. If you have only 100 bucks then its good not to spend it on advertisement. Try some free traffic:

Facebook ads!

Facebook ads are great, and you can advertise CPA offers with them and see great returns.

This is a bit trickier now however, because Facebook just updated their ad platform, so the clicks are way higher.
