If you're not getting any jobs it might be one of two reasons:

    1) you're too expensive compared to other people bidding for the same job
    2) the employers do not like the quality of your writing examples.

If #1 is true, then you should submit at other places, where there's less competition on price. Try getting work offline, higher prices are common there.

If #2 is true, then you're in big trouble, as bad writing is not easy to fix.

I don't mean to sound rude, but the standard of English in your post isn't good enough if you are bidding for jobs writing in English.

If you aren't a native English speaker, could you try writing articles in your own language?

Okay, this may be a bit blunt, but...

Based on your posts to this thread, you are in the wrong business if you're planning to write in English.

You might be able to get work from those who can't differentiate solid English writing from fractured ESL material. You might be able to get work if you're willing to knock around the keyboard for very, very little money.

I know that countless people trump this idea of being a "freelance writer" as something anyone can and should do. However, it really isn't a very good idea for those who haven't mastered the language.

I'd consider trying to find some way to turn a buck that plays to your skills--instead of doing something that's directly at odds with them.
