Before you do anything on the Internet always think about how you intend to drive visitors to your site and offers. Withou traffic you have nothing.

Here are the ways to drive traffic:

- SEO - includes keyowrd research and competition assessment. Free but takes time and persitnece
- Buying Ads on other forums and websites as well as PPC
- Viral content on social networks
- Email drop with reputable email companies

Of course this is all easier said than done! You need to explore and learn more about each way and then test and see what works for you. Learn more and apply, it can be done.

The same way with selling anything:

- Targeted traffic
- Squeeze page, get leads
- Email marketing to leads
- Plug clickbank product link in emails
- Wait for sales

....

Too bad as an affiliate for Clickbank you don't get the customer's ordering info. So it's a 1-time sale for you. So either promote a product in the $200 and above, or promote a product outside of Clickbank that is a recurring income affiliate program model where you get paid every month that the customer remains in the membership.

Have you ever tried Facebook on get targeted traffic? Facebook is a good source of getting targeted traffic. If you can use Facebook effectively, you can easily get a good number of sell. Are you familiar with Facebook "Edge Rank"? Facebook "Edge Rank" decide that how many people are going to see your post.

Yes, I am talking about Facebook ads. But you have to use it effectively. Facebook has few hidden rules on how your Ads will run. So, it is important that you should run your Ad effectively and it will cover most of your targeted traffic.

For cooking and recipes, YouTube is your best bet. Create some videos showing them a recipe, then plug the product you're promoting.

A great way is to use videos.

Youtube is the best way to go. It gets massive traffic and videos convert quite well

So make videos related to what you are marketing and place a link below. (Best You watch Youtube tutorials)

If you can't make videos, go to www.fiverr.com and make $5 whiteboards videos.

To learn more, simply go to Youtube and search for video marketing. Lots of videos will crop up.
