Help me optimize my time - Audio to text

Hi,
I am looking for a software that can take 15-20 minutes of audio and provide me with a text transcription.
As I produce videos, I would like to extract the sound (into wav), inject it in a software and use the text for an ebook.
I have an idea with google doc and voice recognition but it was impossible for me to play the video and inject the sound intpo google docs.
French transcription please.
Any help?
