    Talk about propaganda...

This is crap... They say in the letter (From Carbon Copy Pro) that wild income claims will not be tolerated by Google and yet their own headlines on some of their marketing materials says "Make $1,000 a Day and Change Your Life!"

What a load of garbage... I mean seriously!

It's a hair short of a ponzi scheme to say the least and the propaganda they are publishing is rubbish.. The FTC should go after Carbon Copy Pro...

The letter talks in broad generalities.

I had heard form different marketers that Google will eventually
      eliminate all affiliate program advertising...

Gotta get your own product, I guess or look at other venues..

Dont think Yahoo is that strict yet....if they are smart, they should
open up their arms wide open for all the affiliate business that Google
      seems ready to throw away...

The letter from Carbon Copy Pro is true.

Google recently suspended my accounts because some of the ads went against this new policy.

The crazy thing is that they gave no warning about the new policy. Less than 10% of my ads fell into this category and I was willing to remove them completely but Google didn't care.

Two years of PPC campaign-building gone just like that!

  • Google definitely hates ClickBank -- I had several pages drop like stones within hours of adding ClickBank links -- but I strongly doubt that they will take any action against the more corporate players.

I do think the days of "get rich quick" ads are drawing to an end, thank goodness.

    New Google Compliance

Google has received pressure from the FTC to eradicate illegitimate business opportunities from there system. The overwhelming interest of individuals looking to the web to earn more money has not decreased, rather it continues to explode exponentially. However, Google wants to eliminate anything that looks:

I would hope that any real, professional business would be able to use the correct spelling of "their" (not "there"). I vote it's B.S.
