Mark as read option?

Has anyone found a way to mark topics as read? Or to change folder color if its not new/doesnt have a new reply?

The way it is now, the folder colors dont change unless you read the topic which makes scaning for new topic/replies harder. Then if you read one, it doesnt change back.

I know some systems have a "mark all as read" feature.

I know there is a new posts feature BUT that shows new posts in all the sections and I could care less about most of them...

  • On the front page of the forum, the red circle - double click it to mark the whole forum as read... I'm going to investigate doing it on a smaller scale now. Be back soon...

[edit]Back - there's also the drop down in the red bar in the forum you're reading which allows you to mark all as read. Back again soon if I can work out how to do it on an individual post basis...

  • Karl I too gave up trying to do it on a post by post basis. Maybe someone could let us into the secret of how it is done if it can be that is.
