Where would I find book authors?

INTERNET MARKETING

I was wondering if there is a place where book authors are "hanging out", a place where I can connect and contact book authors? Could anyone suggest anything?

You can find a lot of authors through joining different forums.

You'll meet there different people with the same interest as yours.

You need to join it separately. It's not part of your war room membership.
It's private group.

Aside from the Book Club here, part of the Warrior Forum, here are some other suggestions:
- Writers' Cafe - part of KBoards
- Absolute Write Water Cooler
- Silver Pen Writers
- Creative Writing Forums
And has already been pointed out, there are dozens of Facebook groups. Similarly, you can find writing groups on Twitter, LinkedIn and all the other social media site.

You have the book club/Kindle Warriors forum on here you can join. Truth is, you dont need to interact with every book author out there. Just gain a few good ideas and use them as momentum to get the ball rolling with your project. Also see if you can contact Smashwords authors too. And search for groups on Facebook too, and also popular blogs on the subject.

If you want to reach out to some authors then you can do so by joining their official pages on facebook, twitter and other social media.

There's a book club here in WF, however, you must pay to have access to the club. Also, you can try KBoards or searching for book author groups on Facebook.

OP, why do you want to find authors? Are you trying to sell them something or are you trying to learn from others doing what you want to do?
I am a member of numerous groups but some are very particular about who they let join (mainly in Facebook).
