1- what's the best strategy that you use to find a lucrative and less competitive market?
2- how to get verified reviews?
3- How to promote the book ( what do you think about paying someone in FIVERR to do the promotion ?)

thank you so much

1 - Get ideas from Google trends. You could also get ideas if you're looking at the bestseller lists of specific categories on Amazon. Type in your primary keyword (= niche) into the searchbar eg. "Paleo". If there's too much competition go deeper. Type in "Paleo" and look at the search suggestions eg. "Paleo cookbook". If there's too much competition go much deeper eg. "Paleo coolbook for breakfast" etc. Remember: It's not just about finding a less competitive niche! If you have the skills/experience you could also have success in a more competitive niche in which you can also make more money.

2 -Look at facebook for review exchange groups. Connect with other authors.

3 -If you're a beginner you should not pay for marketing. First you should make your own experiences: What's possible without promotion? Try to optimise your quality from book to book. Is your formatting perfect or could you make it better? How to write a solid product description? What's the best aspect ratio for book covers? Do you have chosen your keywords wisely? Do you have a solid author channel? How to write a great biography for your pen name? How to create a trailer for your book? And so on. You have to learn, test, speak to other authors etc. and make sure that there's nothing more you can do better. And then it makes sense to invest money for external marketing.

At least: Don't spam the market but try to reach the quality of the big publishing houses. You can make $1k+ per month per book if you're doing it right (my personal record is about $8k/m with a single book). This income is long term. So there's no need to spam the market with crap to make the quick buck. Your sales will dry fast because other people will outrank your book(s) easily - it isn't really a passive because you've to publish and publish and publish to keep your income. Focus on quality, build up strong brands and beat the bestseller authors/publishing houses. They're also just humas so there's no reason why you can't do the same.

Here your best friend is amazon. They tell you which niche to go in. Look for one with very few books and lots of pent up demand which typically means a new area. Look at what new fads are trending and moving on up. There are many tools such as Google Trends to help you.

2- how to get verified reviews?
At first it is hard to get people to notice you. Do not send out hard covers. Yeah, they will end up in the circular file or trash can. Email copies of your e-book before it is up on amazon. That gives bloggers a change to write a new review. Most budding bloggers like to have a scoop. Customers will become aware of a new book that is coming soon. Basically, you are not a published author with a big name. Send your book to many middle tier bloggers and beg for a review. Also, promote your book on FREE DAYS using Freebooksy and similar services. What you need in the beginning is more exposure.

3- How to promote the book ( what do you think about paying someone in FIVERR to do the promotion ?)
Five errors has not worked out for me. Most of the promotions are scams. What do you expect for $5 any way. I look for good blogs on blog ads and there are some. Look for the authors hive and find blogs that relate to the types of books you are doing promos on.

For example, a great place for paranormal books is a blog on scary vampires. However, I would not recommend that blog for selling a your new nonfiction book on java server pages. Please use your common sense... Best of luck to you.

Invest in a good Step-By-Step Program and stop wasting time.

The sooner you know how it works, the faster you can start making money. That's the difference between someone that can quit his or her job in 3-4 months and someone that makes a few hundreds per month after one year.
