Recommendations for call answering VA?

Hello,

I'm just about ready to start marketing my offline IM business. I'm HUGE on making sure ALL calls get answered.

I'm taking a few classes at my university and they have cell phone jammers everywhere. So even though I'm allowed to walk out to answer calls, they'll go straight to voicemail with no reception.

Clearly, a bad first impression to prospects and reason to take their business elsewhere.

My idea is to forward calls to a VA, and have them answer and take messages. I'd say only 6-8 hours per week.

Anyone have experience with this?--any suggested company?

    It depends on your call volume and whether you want those answering your phones to 'really' know your business or just read from their computer screen.

    DaVinci Virtual is a good service if you want 5 to 6 people to KNOW your company and be updated on new changes. They're great at taking orders and taking calls. You MUST test them from time-to-time and make sure they're updated on any changes to your script or price changes. They do have an 30 day cancellation notice.

    There are plenty of others that will just answer the phone for you and text/email the messages.

    I personally seek out services that will "callback" (return messages) based on what I email them.
