Is there any Cost per install network for CPA marketers?

Guys I'm a bit confused in this. I'm a peerfly member and there are a couple of game apps which I can advertise to earn 4 dollars per install.
I'm looking for mobile ad networks which can advertise that app and I have to pay only for per install

I have seen many mobile networks which charge for impressions but I want to go for networks in which I'll pay only for installs. Eg:- If there's a game app in peerfly which pays me $4 for every install, I can advertise it through mobile ad networks for $1 per install (and still my profit will be $3)

So if you guys know any network like that then do let me know. I hope you didn't get confused

    I don't think such a mobile ad network exists because if it did then every campaign would be profitable because you'd only be paying for traffic if a person installs the app. In other words, it would be too good to be true.

    I know exactly what you are talking about. You want to do pay per install arbitrage.

    You could try micro job sites if that is allowed by Peerfly. This would be an incentivized install and this may be against peerfly's terms. You will need to check with them first.

    I saw few programs like Lovoo ( IOS app with pay per install). But they have payout approx $2.35 per install for french geo.

    If you are asking for the name of the network I can recommend Cpamatica. Mobile, Games, Dating whatever)
