Change "get the offer" to "buy now" or "click here to buy now" or "click to order".

"get the offer" is not typical "buy button" terminology in English. If your links are not what people expect - they may not buy. If visitors don't understand it - CHANGE it.

If there is anything on a site that needs to be clear and easy to understand - it's the link people click to PAY you for a product.

Many of us develop "ad blindness" . . . I'm pretty sure people that are constantly bombarded with blatant selling offers could develop "buy button blindness" too.

    Here's the thing . . .

If your offer targets people in the niche that are ready to buy, and want to buy exactly what you have right now, and you have removed all the risk from the buyer's point of view, your prospect will find your buy button. If he just has to have your product immediately, he will find your buy button regardless of the phrase you use.

In your case, do what Al has suggested. Test different wording and see for yourself what works best . . . then go with it.

Wise words. Though you should absolutely give thought to your button's Call To Action, and testing and tweaking can help you improve your results, what Steve said is very true. If your sales page does it's job, they'll find your buy button. Though, if they're interested enough to contact you asking how to buy, then (assuming they do actually buy) I suppose your sales page is already driving them to "find your buy button," so to speak.

It might seem weird, but not every internet user is web savvy, A lot of people need clear directions, they get confused and distracted easily... This is why most it is best to guide them all the way to whatever you want them to do.

Instead of saying ''Get the offer'', you can say instead '' Click here to get the offer'' or '' Click here to buy''.

Sometimes, we tend to assume that everyone is web savvy, you might be surprised to know that many people are more clueless more than the situation you encountered.

I don't think they're bad intended, as others said already, some people get confused and don't like to click around only to be taken on other pages, forms and so on.
I have even sent clear step by step instructions and screenshots (with arrows and clear pointers as to where they will be taken, what will happen and so on).

Think about it, they are interested enough to send you a help message on how to buy YOUR product. I think their gesture is very valuable feedback, when they could have just closed the page instead.

yea, I noticed people PM me where to buy etc.

at first I puzzle....isn't I already stated the Link to buy ...etc why they cannot find? or blind?

than I ask here ...and some WF is helpful to tell me...." Get the Offer " it don't really sound logic etc as buyer don't really click it ...etc ....

I have change to ..Click here to get the Offer Now..see how it gos.

Recently we bought a bigger TV and advertised the old one for sale on a local website. The price was mentioned 3 times - once as a required item in the ad setup, once more in the text of the ad and again at the end. These last two were in bold text. Despite that, I repeatedly had people texting me to ask the sale price! Stupid is as stupid does.

    Here's your big problem:

When you ask questions that involve common usage of English - why do you end up taking advice from people for whom English is not their first language?

You posted last night you had changed to:

    BUY NOW
    Now you say it is:

Click here to get the Offer Now.
Leave wording on the button long enough to test it.

That's my point - you took advice from someone in a non-English speaking country....on how to word your buy link that targets English first language countries....

BECAUSE - it allowed you to use the original wording YOU liked - even though it wasn't working....bad way to make a decision but that's just my opinion.

Good luck with testing...I give up.

What's your site? I had a problem like this once for my mobile marketing sales page. The link to order was there, but when they tried to click on the link, it wouldn't click! And i couldn't understand because i had alot of mobile subscribers, but the conversion rate was super sucky. Like 1 out of ever 1000. They couldn't click the link to order on my page!

But i fixed it, and my suggestion to you is to just have 2 large "order now" buttons on your page and let the test run its course. Even though it's 2016, some people still dont know how to use the computer well - let alone the internet.
