Keep this site going or sell and invest the money?

Good evening warrior friends. I started a concealed weapon blog and social network profiles just under a year ago and was looking to sell some type of product using Facebook marketing techniques to bring in a steady daily income. I have interest in carry firearms on my person, but from talking to dozens of people, some are for and some are against the idea.

Thinking about products to sell, its kind of complicated. So far I have gained over 1,000 genuine followers on Instagram by posting cool firearm photos and using tags to engage with my audience. I get lots of engagement with likes and comments.... so I thought the Instagram idea could help build a list.

As far as my blog, I have dozens of unique content that talks about how to carry a firearm on your person, holster reviews, best home defense firearms etc...

The name, Legit Carry I thought was a good idea... My only other idea as far as products was creating designs for t-shirts and hats and trying to sell them using Facebook campaigns.

Because advertising actual firearms is prohibited on Facebook and from google adsense.

What do you guys think? Try to continue and use the T-shirt method? Or sell it on Flippa for a good bit of change and use that $ for advertising once I find a genuine product/idea to sell? Or try selling ammo with affiliate programs/dropshipping?

I think the T-shirt idea is a good one. There is a big niche for T-shirts that make political statements and Firearms and the Second Amendment is one of the hotest subjects right now.

It sounds like you're interested in the subject - I would carry on if you enjoy it. Why not start up something else as well? But if you need a bit of cash quickly, it sounds like you could sell it on Flippa without too much trouble.

      This is a great response!

If you are very passionate about the topic (niche) then you should definitely keep at it. There is definitely a market for it. So you can monetize your traffic (in a smart way) and build a nice passive income.

But, if you need some quick cash, then I would also suggest to find a buyer and sell this.

That would be my take on this!

Hope you make the right decision

      Cheers!

Well I see sites that are brand new, no proof of income but they have instagram accounts of 500 followers that are included and are getting at least $500 in bids.

I have a "legit" name and the instagram is gaining over 200 followers a day.

How much are you making from the site now? If it's nothing, you may have a hard time selling the site.
