Hi warrirors , i just promoted my first CPA campaign it was about Grocery samples gift card , i used Bing ads as a traffic source to my landing page ( i host it ) , i spend in my first test 5 dollars i got 2 leads , after teting it , i select good keywords , good ads and i spend another five dollars and i got also 2 leads ( payout =0,95 $) , the last time i minimize my keywords i just put those who gave me 4 leads , the result is that i spend 4 dollars and i get one leads , so i spend 16,63 dollars and i win 4,75 as profit , Please if you can give me some advise what can i work on ? what's the real problem for me ?

As I see it...You landing page looks like something that was created in the late 1990s. You need an up date landing page.

Get rid of those Large fonts in your headline. It looks like you are using 72 point fonts and the maximum size you should use (in my opinion) is 24 point font.

Secondly...Get rid of all those different colored fonts. Make it simple...Black and red.

Thirdly...You need a better call to action. It's outdated.

As mentioned, you should definitely update your landing page. However, it also looks like there is a another page that users are being redirected through after the call to action button which is probably effecting your CR to. Your link jumps to another page and does not redirect to your offer unless the person clicks "No Thanks" at the top of the screen.

yeah Id say your landing page is the problem but again you can't listen to me. You listen to the traffic! Work on optimizing your landing page and try to keep everything above the fold. Send some more traffic and you should do a little better and keep working on it...

    Good start.. You took action

Its true that your LP looks quite old fashioned. However it is not the only reason why you are not getting profitable ROI. There is something more into this.

For getting good success with any CPA offer you will need targeted traffic. I am quite sure the traffic that you are getting from Bing is also very targeted in nature. However considering your CPA offer payout, this bing traffic is looking very costly. Hence I would suggest you to look for alternative/cheaper traffic source so that you can make profit.

Just like everybody mentioned, your LP is outdated and doesn't do a very good job at convincing and persuading people to get your offer.

Perhaps, If you had a better looking and more persuading Landing page, then your ROI(return of investment) could have been more positive.

I suggest you to update your Landing page with Conversion optimization in mind, then test again with another campaign, or try some cheap traffic source like 7Search.

    Hope that helps, good luck

you should definitely update your landing page

Tips for Making an Effective CPA Landing Page

    Use a Great Theme

If you are using WordPress for your site, you will find that there are lots of free WordPress themes that you can easily transform into effective landing pages. But of course, if you want your landing page to be more unique and customizable, then getting a paid yet inexpensive one will be totally worth it. Also, if you find and install some good WordPress SEO plugins like All-in-One SEO Pack, getting more organic visitors will be a lot easier for you, too.

    Create a Efficient Navigation System

Navigation is important on any site, and the same holds true for your landing pages because it can make or break you. Be sure to remove the top, right and left hand navigation so that the page is easy to follow and isn’t distracting. Take a look at good landing pages, and you will see that they usually have a header and no links at the top. The copy you choose to include does not need to be long at all, and typically many landing pages have the bare amount. If you look around and notice successful CPA campaigns, you’ll see that most of them have landing pages that have little or no navigation – so take a lesson from them and optimize your landing page accordingly.

Use a Short but Appealing Web Form

The aim of our CPA ads is to get sales. However, you must know that most internet users have shorter patience. That said, it is best to make your landing page short and to the point. Web forms can be a little tricky because you can turn off people depending on what you request of them. Short forms work best due to people being in a rush all the time.

When people think you are asking too much, they usually will just not do anything. Rather, you can expect them to go to your competitor, in the hopes of getting over the process quickly. People online today have every reason to be very mistrusting when it comes to disclosing information. The more net savvy visitors are, the sharper they will and the more analytic the become when looking at the details required when doing an online transaction. If you want to get on your customers’ good side, then make sure that you always put your landing page on the main page. The last thing you want to do is put too many mouse clicks in the process. When visitors have to click on two or three links just to get to your submit button, then you can kiss them goodbye.

    Fast Loading

If you are doing Google AdWords for extra profits, then you will have to be concerned about the page browser load time. You never want your page to load more than ten seconds; five is probably already too long. To be on the safe side, do not exceed five seconds with your landing page loading. If your page has heavy images, large Flash files, or clunky animated graphics, then you will have to cut down on them since they bring down the loading time of a page and will result in you losing more sales than you would have ever expected.

Most good landing pages are very light and clean in appearance. Each aspect of a CPA campaign matters very much, and the landing page is all important after the ad click through. So be very sure you take the time to optimize your landing pages so they will work for you.

Here are a few adjustments to consider:

Your website messaging might not be connecting with them emotionally. This means new visitors might not see how you help them. Your messaging might be too complicated. After all, you only get 10 seconds to connect with a new visitor and convince them to stick around.

You might not have enough CTAs (calls-to-action) or these CTAs might not be graphically engaging. This means people are visiting your site, clicking around, but never converting into leads.

The problem lies in your website. If the customers see your website, they think you will spam them because of your site design and choose of typography and cta button. Try redesigning your website and change your cta. Also, you can add additional info about your website like your address and contact info, benefits why they sign up with you and a lot more.
