When You Publish Articles With Your REAL Name, Backlink to a Site, Then Sell It
I purchased a domain name last year, and developed a site promoting a particular type of business opportunity. I wrote and submitted a good number of articles to generate publicity and links.
Because the business involved building relationships with real people, I chose to use my real name as the author in my articles. My real name is fairly unusual and a Google search only brings up me and one other person with the same name. I included links back to this site in all my resource boxes.
Now, I'm in a good position to sell this site for a nice profit and move on to a new project. However, I'm concerned because whoever buys the site can do whatever they please with it. I have my real name out there with substantial links back to it.
I know I could remove some of the articles through my ezineariticles account and a few others, but many of them were sent out to hundreds of places through services such as UAW and SubmitYourArticle.
Wondering how others have addressed this issue?
