I don't own the domain name, but I do for a popular and soon to be very big beach resort in South East Asia.
It's not the Asian spelling of the town, but it's the expat nickname everyone says.
It would be good as a brand name with hotel bookings etc.
I don't live there, but someone who did could turn it into a full time business easily?
Does anyone have any suggestions as to who I could target to sell it. No offense, but I'm not interested in the usual crap about domain names being worth nothing.
If you know about branding and have any ideas how I could proceed, please let me know.
