Very well said I overthink things way too much, and sometimes I think more than I act. Earlier today though, I wrote and submitted 10 brand new articles to EZA I'm hoping for an improved CTR and maybe some sales too. I didn't do anything yesterday, but it felt so good after doing that one task today. The mind is more relaxed after taking action, that's for sure

I think I will take a scree shot of this post and use it for my desktop background! No kidding...I started finally making some money and now I KNOW I could have been making money for months if I hadn't allowed myself to get so distracted by the net...reading too much, causing confusion for nothing when it really isn't that stinking hard. Good post John...because it is one of the top reasons people do not succeed online. Constant chaos in their head...
- What can go wrong?
- Will I fail? (Yep...everyone has failures online that I know of...who cares? Keep going...move forward...take what you learned and move on!)
- This can't work!
- That is too easy to work!
- Did I pick the right keywords?
- What type of niche should I pick? (I don't know...maybe one that is profitable already?)"
The amount of time I have seen people spinning their wheels worrying about everything and anything without doing amazes me...

Even though at one time I was in that frame of mind to...because being a programmer made me that way. Because you had to think about as many possibilities as possible...So that you didn't have to overcome them later...

Needless to say...slapped myself around enough to get out of that way of thinking...And anyone that is still doing it...you need to slap yourself around to. All that incredible thinking and worrying just makes road blocks that cause you to fail.

I'm not saying walk around like a blooming idiot...but sheesh...get something accomplished besides thinking...

Internet Marketing isn't programming...it doesn't require near the same amount of wasted time thinking in my opinion... Yes it does require work, dedication, and thought...but not nearly on the level I had to think at when building applications.

Just do...so you you can learn as you do... Don't try and learn everything before you Do Anything.

IM pays me more for less thought...I'm a lot happier now then when I was coding...

Wow. Really great post.. about something. The comments were very entertaining. I think I forgot what to do. Oh wait. The last guy copied the really cool stuff.. Thats right. Solid advice John.

If only people would actually take some action, instead of flitting from one thing to the next, they would be amazed that making money online is really very easy and that infact some of the most average people from an intellectual point of view can make serious coin by just adheraring to Nikes philosophy and just "do it"..

It's rather ironic but if folks did nothing but adheared to this tiny piece of advice each day.

Right now, right this very second, go write one article and post it somewhere. Get 5 backlinks.

Within one lousy fortnight they would be earning money from their landing page, CPA offer, CB product or whatever.

Hopefully a few folks will take your comments to heart and realise that just reading ebook after ebook after ebook doesn't actually improve your bank balance.

Belief, persistance and action are the key ingredients which seperate the broke from those laughing all the way to the bank.,
