The Newbie vs The Expereince Outsource Help

I about to hire another outsource employee.

Soo my wife and I are talking should it be a newbie or a experience person. Now last one I hired on assignment I decided to do some testing and get a complete newbie and train him to my systems. Soo now I am debating on weather to get someone new and train them or get a experience SEO person?

I am going with the newbie. They are more motivated, cheaper and do not have notion to hold them back. This assumed you have systems that work so you can train them.

I want to know what you thought?

I guess it depends on what you are going to have them do for you...

Yes to be clear this is for posting, link building, question/answer and stuff like that.

Well you are right about giving the newbie a chance as long as you can train them what you need them to know. Depending on where you find this employee will depend on how reliable they are.

PERSONALLY I would hire someone with intermediate experience, I'm just on the cusp of being an intermediate to advanced SEO user, I can bring my own knowledge to the table and in the event if I was hired on somewhere I am not egotistical enough to go in as the "guru".

Someone like me is probably looking for $15-$20/hr. or a set up flat rate, either way, just from my inside experience go with someone with mid-level experience because by doing that they will not be entirely senseless and you'll get better results.
