Excite your customers with amazing graphics, eye-catching images and witty infographics. The human eye is excited by visuals as opposed to reading bucketloads of text. So excite us – get creative and think of ways to show your information in a more appealing light.

Be Engaging
Talk to your customers! An engaged business that cares about the ideas and feedback from their customers is more likely to instil a sense of brand loyalty and have more long-term, loyal customers.

Be optimised
Google loves relevant content – so as a priority make sure your website is well keyword optimised for a good organic search result. Find out what your customers are searching for and how they find you. Setting up google analytics on your site gives invaluable feedback about where and how your customers are finding you, what device they are on and heaps more.

Be clear
Have a clear call to action on everything you do. Whether it be to call you for a quote, sign up to your mailing list or fill out a contact form – whatever it is, make it as simple as it can be.

    Put up an Digital A bomb and get rid of all the wannabees who don't want to do what you need to do and these people saturate the marketplace with the BS. Get rid of these people and tell them to go play lottery because they have a better chance.

    I am running a few pages on different social media for the brands I work with - following all these rules. I am also able to generate some engagement but I feel that is not enough. I do not understand why there is such low engagement on social media platforms.

    Is there something one can do to increase engagement? I have tried engaging content and all sorts of different content but I do wish facebook had higher engaging rates.

    You may want to join some different Facebook groups. Also, you can like posts on other popular pages that match your niche or where people might have an interest. Make posts and contribute to the discussion on those pages too.
