I doubt if there could be a way you can monetize it
since China is one of the toughest place to do
online business due to it's rules.

You may want to get a chinese to translate what the site name means
and also look at the keywords bring in the traffic. This will give you
a decent idea of what to do with the site.

Sell it to someone that understands Chinese and sees the value in the traffic.

Whenever you buy a domain you should have a specific plan for it - otherwise it will simply sit and cost you renewal fees.

I am curious as how you were able to buy this domain/

From my understanding only registered companies can have cn domains and if you get a personal domain you have to use real names and id to purchase.
Is the domain hosted in China or Hong Kong
Also remenber there is Mandarin and Cantonese in Mainland China.
Why not post a link to the domain so we can have a look?

Maybe Adsense or similar companies might work. Just my assumption.

There are lots of people on fiverr who can do website translations. It might be worth having a look on there

I also have an undeveloped domain that gets about 30 visitors from China every day.
I've went through the CPA networks and there doesn't seem to have any good offers for them.
Even parking companies will not display PPC ads for this traffic.
The only option I can think of is to put up a contact form. And hopefully one of the visitors will make an offer for the domain.

Use Chinese language to reach more audience and join more Chinese groups and communities online to promote your site.
