Email submits have a high scrub rate, so they aren't recommended to promote.

If you want to promote them then sources such as forum marketing, Facebook groups, Instagram and YouTube are good promotional methods.

With paid traffic, it will be difficult to make an ROI with email submits because of the low payouts of these offers. Many people have promoted email submits with 7search and it's ended up as money down the drain.

    What are email zips?

    Did you mean email submits?
    or
Did you mean zip code submits?

Or am I just uninformed and email zips is just something that I never heard of?

For email submits or zipcpde submits, I would not recommend any paid traffic methods because your ROI will probably be negative due to the low payouts on these offers.

I would simply build and optin list and then put these kind of pay per lead offers on my thank you pages and as Ps's in my emails.

Honestly, I would stay away from these types of offers these days.

You might want to change to another CPA model. If the marketing is good you'll be fine. It all boils down to the marketing.
