I was wondering if someone can recommend a reasonably priced CPV ad Tracking software

I don't know your definition of reasonably priced. I use CPV Lab, which is $297 one time and then if you want updates is $147 a year (you don't have to pay for updates to keep using the version you've already paid for). I consider that very reasonable for the value it provides.

I no longer do CPV advertising, but as you can tell by the name of the product, that is what it was originally made for. It has evolved to be able to cover a variety of ad tracking and funnel tracking and split testing. I use it for all my tracking, regardless of the source of traffic.

You will need a VPS server to install it on so that is extra expense. If that is more than you are willing to spend right now, you can try Prosper202, which is free (but you still need to pay for a VPS) and is good tracking software but not as good as CPVLab.
