I just wrote an e-book based on Tinder. Need advice on how to market it.

First of all, what a great opportunity. I think you have a great a product here, i'm also writing an e-book so i hope this helps.
I would use your E-book as a MVP (Minimal Viable Product). Go onto Forums or Facebook and tell the world about your new product and sell it's promises, such as 'This Will Revolutionise Your Success On Tinder!'. People are drawn to promises a product can give. Or "Top 5 Secrets To Getting Girls On Tinder".
Then say something along the lines of "As this is in Beta stages, i will be giving away 10 free copies, Just provide your E-mail Address.

For the Lucky 10 or however many you are willing to give away for free, Just keep in contact with them, ask for their feedback and for a testimonial. People will rarely buy your product without a testimonial so this is key, also. The feedback will help you if there are any mistakes within the Beta testing mode.

Now from here you will have a web-page you can set up, with testimonials, and all the creases ironed out from the feedback. You will also have some e-mails from the Beta stage where people missed out on the free version but you can provide at a discounted price. Say something like "Thank you for your interest in NoLeftSwipes as a thank you for your interest during the Beta Stages i would like to offer you a copy for a discounted price".

You can put it on your own website and create a specific sales page to it, or you can put it on Amazon kindle for instant traffic if you want.

There are a lot of websites similar to Kindle Amazon that specializes in selling books, of course, you will need to give them a commission of your sales, but it's well worth it if you don't have enough traffic on your website.

And by the way, the eBook's Cover looks very amateur, you need to make it look good, you can look for someone to make one for you on Fiverr.

And from a psychological perspective, it's better to price your eBook as something like $7.99 Instead of just the typical unattractive $8.00

I doubt you'll sell any using that sales page.

The copy is too short
Who are you? Why should I listen to you?
Tell the story of how you discovered/created this method.

You don't paint a picture of what it will be like once they are getting more/better dates.
Get me to imagine how much better life will be after buying your book.

Why are you having a 30 day sale?
Simply declaring a 30 day sale just tells me the book is no good.
Explain why you are prepared to drop the price so low for this seemingly very valuable information.

Get someone to design you a book cover.

I think the product may actually be quite good but you'll need to put a bit more effort into selling it.

Fix those things then come back and ask about how to market it.

Do you have any proof that the ideas in your book work? Any before and after results?

Why would you want to bother with people who turned you down? What am I missing?

Why did you write the book? When you started to write, who did you think would buy it? Where does that person spend time? Go there and advertise your book there.

Since it's related to the App which people use on their smartphones you could also try with companies which offer SMS advertising. Advertising to people directly to their phones could be a good option for a book focused on an App. Just do some research and find companies that have a legit list of people who they can advertise to using SMS.

As for Internet marketing you can use paid advertising and social advertising with forums and Groups where people interested in smartphones, other devices and Apps gather. Just do a research online and find such places, then advertise like hell.

No offense, but I really think that you should redesign your ebook cover first before any marketing campaign.

The cover seriously needs some work done. You need to make it more impressive as that is the first thing your audience is going to see about your product. If you are not able to design it better then get a little professional help and get it done by someone who knows what he is doing. Fixing what you have is first then you can move on to market it. best of luck.
