Internet marketers make enough for bowl of fruit loops and milk to add onto our cereal.

How are you planning on making money if everything is a scam? And if everything is a scam, then why would you be asking people that are scammers how much they are making? I don't care what the local meth dealer makes because I don't want to make my money that way no matter how much it is.

Money can make more of it no doubt about it but if I had no money I would not let that stop me from reaching my goals. You dust yourself off and get back in the game.

Really the less selfish you are the more you make in my opinion. Customers first.

I'm glad I'm with that 1% left since 3 years ago. And it still makes me money, without it took my money since the beginning. Good product and youtube are really a cool combination for years to come.

or sell something people really spend money on, and get a unique angle nobody has....

I would love to see some data about what % of internet marketers actually make money. Unfortunately, this type of data doesn't seem to be available.

If anyone has any idea how to collect such data, please let me know.

For example, I would like to find out what % makes over $100K and what % makes like under $1K per year.

But, I can't figure out a way to put my hands on this kind of data, so I will never know. Too bad!

Find something the people need - scale it using the reach of the Internet.

It's not a very complicated model.

Things are only scams if you let them be - that's why you have to do your own due diligence.

I mean how hard is it to find an audience that needs a problem to be solved, provide "VALUE" helping to solve that problem then ask for an email address in return, then provide more value in a follow up sequence that pitches to a tripwire offer that turns them into a buyer ? that's just on the easy side lol

I'm not saying this to be negative, but I'm going to point out something that's the root cause for your bad experience with internet marketing.

I don't think that's the actual problem, though.

You likely do know of a few legit options but you still haven't come to terms with making a business decision, and committing to it.

But if you're so convinced almost everything is a scam, why are you still asking questions on a forum like this?

MOST of making money online is mental. If you believe most are scams then you will find them. if you believe there are still good ones out there, then you will find them. Go to youtube and find people who have hunderds of videos like Gary V, and others, the Craigslist Hunter, Freelance Hustle and more. those people teach you methods in their videos.

And while i dont have the money to get into most of the programs he teaches, Jim Cockrum is an excellent teacher. his silent sales machine shows you how to start with no money.

You can create a free report, give it away, sell it, turn it into plr, contact people through facebook groups, twitter, youtube, pinterest, etc..all for free. It does not take money to make money. it does take time though. No program that promises you make x by next week will work. i can show you how to make X but no time frame and it is up to you, your work ethic etc... is a good program, just would not excite people so it would not sell. people want instant gratification

Not really no! All your doing is using this tool of the Internet to reach an audience around supply and demand.

There are free tools out there and even traffic can be free. Just instead of your money sending you the traffic you need to spend the time to send the traffic.

It's fun having your money work for you!

Yes, people make money working online. No, they can't tell you how to do it in a forum post. Yes, there are many scams. No, you don't have to fall for all of them.

If you believe you can get something for nothing - if you think you can earn six figures quickly with little effort - if you believe you can earn thousands without any real effort on your part - if you believe in "secrets" and all that bosh...you will end up looking for a job.

Its right that money makes money, but you can get more money without investment. Yes! and its only possible if a person is completely dedicated to work online for getting money. In short time if you want to earn money then initially you have to do a little investment otherwise the second option is better to choose, which works without investment of money but here the time you are giving is just equal to money.

Hey robert, I really agree with you. I have now been working online for 3 years and I identified that your have to invest at something good and your should always take some experts suggestion in order to get on the right path. I believe that its not a bad idea to invest on something you want to earn from as it will get the best results, Yes the quality matters there is a lot of spam all around on the internet so you need to be a spam detector that will help you from going into wrong hands.

This Internet used to be compared to the wild, wild west of the 19th century. A lot of snake oil salesmen and gangs of desperados preying on wagon trains full of greenhorns looking for the promised land.

I suppose some of that impression still lingers, or it certainly contributes to the generalizations about internet marketing. You still see many ads that are over the top in my opinion, but my opinion isn't particularly relevant to this discussion.

Let's say you have no money, no job, very few marketable skills and were convicted of a petty crime or once filed for bankruptcy. What better place than the internet to get yourself back on track? No background check, no resume and no problem at all if you show up for work at 1 in the afternoon.

Others do not read the ads carefully and believe that when someone earns thousands of dollars in affiliate money, it can be accomplished overnight. Many more are lured in by the promise that little effort is required and you'll never have to spend another dime to accomplish your goals.

The thing is that, despite some of the hype, many programs are excellent and deliver exactly what they promise. Unfortunately, the early reputation of the internet as a scamosphere still lingers. Don't forget how Google made much of their early fortune. It was because back in the day many people thought that the only businesses that could thrive on the internet were porno and gambling.

I have some advice about this and, fortunatley or unfortunately, I speak from experience. Read the ads and enticements carefully. Ask a lot of questions. Look for legitimate reviews. Run it by us folks here on the Warriors Forum. Do some searching on Google or Bing. If your questions aren't responded to, stay away. If the answers are vague, you should probably stay away.

There are professional copywriters who have the ability to make your mouth water about certain programs. Just be careful and use common sense.

If you are looking to get rich quick, you'll probably find a program that will convince you that it's possible and, if you are an established marketer with an extensive list, it certainly can happen in a relatively short period of time. But if you're new to internet marketing in general or have don't have a fortune to spend on advertising, expect your growth to take a while longer. It doesn't mean you can't be successful. It just means that you going to have to learn the ropes and work for your success. If you are prepared to do that and learn from your mistakes, then nothing can hold you back from achieving your goals.

The thing is most people think making money online is a scam because they are bombarded with fake claims, do 20 surveys a day and then you will be rich!


There is a lot of money to be made online but yes your right you need money to make money, but most people do the research and find this out and then quit and then claim "OH SCAM".

How much people are making has a lot to do with the online business they have gone into and how successful they are at what they do.

You either invest time. Or you invest money.

You are absolutely right my friend! It does take money to make money. See there are many ways to make money on the internet and not all are free, they all take up much time and as we all know time is money. Also many IM's are making thousands to millions on the internet. So yes you can absolutely live off your salary from internet marketing. It depends on your strategy and while it does take a little bit to get started its well worth it in the long run. No millionaire has got to that position for free! Just keep learning and you will find your path to success.

I dont think this is true, people undervalue the power of a dream, goal, and sweat equity. I built my entire business 4 years ago from having $11 in my bank account 10 days before christmas. There are tons of ways to get creative and get the things you need to make your business successful.

Yeah that's true. If you want to earn more be willing to invest more. It's a big risk to take that is why you should think carefully on where to invest your money.

YES you need money if you want to test and scale fast but you can 100% do a LOT for free.

We are responsible for what we are, and whatever we wish ourselves to be, we have the power to make ourselves. If what we are now has been the result of our own past actions, it certainly follows that whatever we wish to be in future can be produced by our present actions; so we have to know how to act.

Making money online is easy if you know the steps you need to take the reason why most people don't make money online is they get information overload from all the gurus and don't take action because they are so confused.

Getting back to your question there are still lots of ways to make money online with out paid traffic.

I am really satisfied with my earning from the internet sector. I have started my journey in this section in 2011. I am really happy.

It's called Investing! just like in the real world, where people Invest money first in creating factories, grocery stores or whatever, and then they wait for at least 2 years or more to start making a positive ROI.

I know one guy that is earning 1 million a month...

They do call it the Internet Marketing Business for a reason, any Business will cost some money to get involved with. Having said that, the cost of any internet business is lower than a store front business. What are the costs? A website and hosting, auto responder and perhaps some promotion. Well worth it for me.

Of course it's a lot easier to make money online if you are willing to put a certain amount of money. You should really just be cautious when it comes to where to invest your money. You'll be surprised by the turned out of events.

It is crazy. It's funny because we all have this dream of making money online. But the truth is you need so many paid tools to really get the job done right. I read somewhere, "You will either need to invest time or money." However I find with Google 2016 algorithm changes you must be willing to do both.
