Let's Take Our Hats Off To Those Who Are Successful.

Hi Warriors,

We seem to regularly have threads where everyone jumps in criticizing or speculating on the intentions and motives of successful people who are creating and launching new products in our field of view.

You've heard all the sayings about surrounding yourself with like-minded people, and modeling excellence, and learning from others who've gone where you're headed.

But we seem to be forgetting this way too often.

Whatever your situation, being grateful for what you do have (rather than focusing on what you don't) and having a positive, abundant mindset can only help.

In my humble opinion, we forget way too often that there's a lot of power in helping others and supporting others - even if they're already successful.

It's easy to look at people less successful and see how to help and support them, but we can tap into that same source of abundance to support those ahead of us too.

Next time you see a big product launch by a well-known marketer, rather than bulking at the price or questioning their motives - just feel good that someone is showing you (again) that there are people walking their talk and making a success of themselves.

Rather than look for the difference between them and you or their tactics and yours - look for the positive - find something to feel good about and even drop by their blog and wish them well with their launch. It doesn't cost anything to have this mindset and it comes back to you in many ways - the best one being that while you're feeling positive, you're not feeling negative.

You're likely to get what you focus on, so make it abundance.

So, I'll start here and now by taking my hat off to the following people:

Dr Mani - Recently launched a book and is giving the proceeds to a great cause. Mani definitely shows us the way to create a valuable life and help others while incorporating marketing and value.

Martin Avis - Recently launched his Ezine profits product. Martin has spoken on many stages and has been walking his talk for years and always has a positive and helping mindset. Definitely someone to tip your hat too.

Tony Robbins - Tony has been changing lives for years, and the fact that Frank Kern has been getting involved with him can only be a good thing for everyone involved. Frank and Tony both definitely walk their talk and are changing lives all the time.

Let's celebrate their success and use it as evidence that this stuff isn't just what you read in books, people really are creating the lives of their dreams and helping many others along the way.

Accept and appreciate your situation and celebrate the success of others - it's just affirming that success is happening right now all around us.

Andy

Great thread! I use skills I've learn from Tony everyday. Like every time I sit down at my computer, I clap my hands together real fast. It's a trigger that i use to get me into peak state.

And yes modeling. You have to remember that these people are putting all they know into their products. So to learn what they've spent a lifetime mastering is worth every penny!

    They are all great

Dr Mani - with his new eBook and giving the proceeds to a great cause is at the top of my list.

Bill Gates with his foundation and giving Billions each year to worhy causes is anothe prime example.

All in all, what we want to do is to help others - Zig Ziglar says that if we will "help others get what they want, we will in turn get what we want."

Call it Pay it Forward or Good Karma - either way it works and pays offfor us like nothing!!!

    Best Regards

Andy, it's so refreshing to read your threads because they are usually so
      positive.

This one may be the best of them all.

It's like my mother used to say to me.

It takes fewer muscles to smile than it does to frown.

There was a keyword in there that everyone should pay attention to and it sums up the every sentence all on it's own.

It was "grateful" and that's what is missing when you decide to attack anothers success or what they have. Being grateful is actually what is known as a very secret key to getting your own success.

Thanks for the thread, was inpirational especially for those that get displeased with what goes on around them.

But it takes even fewer to stand there with a dumb look on your face!

There are a number of people here - especially in the copywriting forum - who have helped and inspired me... but all the folks donating memberships to the War Room this week have really made an impact. Enough that I joined them, and offered up a sponsorship myself. Success doesn't have to be millions, or even thousands; just deciding to help someone else is a great thing. No matter how much Frank Kern may inspire me with his massive successes, it's the smaller successes and the community involvement that really make a difference to me.

This is so true and really hits home for me.

I felt proud to help promote Dr. Mani's book launch, not just because he's a friend but also because I was supporting a good cause without expecting anything in return. Give it a try sometime.

Great stuff and completely agree. We could all benefit by learning from successful people. That's why I do not 'cringe' when I see big promotions, email pitches, videos, tweets, etc...I learn from them. Hats off for success!

Good point, well made in many ways Andy.

It's a positive to celebrate other people's success and I for one am also thankful that FK is bringing TR into the "fold", it's good for everybody.

See we can agree some of the time, if not all of the time.

      All the best.

Well, variety is the spice of life - it's nice to have disagreements sometimes.

If we don't question ourselves, having someone else do it can be a blessing.

Very well said Andy and it is always great to see the bright side.

Success has a multitude of flavors and not always centers on wealth.
Someone that has been a big inspiration to me when getting discouraged, though not in the wealth building field, is Stephen Hawking.
Stephen Hawking - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

My hat is off to him for his drive and perseverance where most would have ceased to exist outside of their encapsulated world.
Not to mention his lack of fear of ridicule for his abstract thinking that has led to some great discoveries.

And then there is the fireman that lives down the road from me that suffered 3rd degree burns over 70% of his body while rescuing a family from a burning house. Though now disabled and not able to work as a paid fireman, he devotes much of his time on a volunteer basis.
Talk about motivation!! I love when I get the chance to talk with this man.
He has to be one of the most successful people I know.

    Cheers..

Great thread Andy. I have done my best to stay positive in my life because like breeds like. And one person I think is a great example of giving is Allen Says, he gives us all this wonderful place to come together and help each other liberate and reach new levels that many of us may not have ever gotten to without the knowledge we have gained here from others.

Andy hats off to you as well for your success.

If I can be on this forum, I am in a group of fortunate individuals who have a great life and should be grateful each day for it.
