How much info is too much info?

Hi All,

I'm putting together a salespage for an immient launch, we are selling multiple videos and I'm trying to show what the buyer will learn, but how much detail do you need to go into.

Are these graphics too much info?

Or not enough.

Would love to hear your thoughts?

  • LOL, I ask my wife that same question including a 25 page workbook that has homework with a video series. I asked her if I was making it too complex.

I dont think on a sales page you can have too much info (I am not a copywriting expert)

    • I know what you mean, we wanted to create a PDF to accompany the videos in our tutorial series, it ended up been 85 pages, although there are many images.
  • You may consider to put on your sales page a little summary of the content with a picture of all the videos linking to that page with the full index

  • I recommend keeping it as simple as possible.People are lazy by nature.
  • Darren,

    Alright, dude?

IMO, the "table of contents" style is very appealing.

I like to see exactly what's being covered in a training course.

In fact, I'd go one step further, and have a total running time for each video.

I hope you're keeping well, mate.

    • Hey Steve,

      How goes it buddy?

Trouble is with the running time for the videos, there are actually over 30 of the beggers, we have grouped them into 5 'representative' DVD's but running time is well over 3hrs 30mins, could add/group them together and add the times.

Thanks for the feedback, if you want to check them out mate, drop me a mail

      Cheers

  • Looks clean, and clear. Good graphics. I would like to see how long each video is

  • Personally, I know when I land at a page if I will buy the product or not. I "browse" through the text, and never bother to read the whole damn thing (come to think of it..these people who read the entire sales page, if they ever put in the same amount of attention and time into the actual ebooks/videos, they would've made a decent chunk of money)..
  • I have to agree with Steve, the contents table is very well laid out, very simple and straight to the point and letting the customer know exactly what is being offered. Running times would probably help as its just that little bit more information, but not to much . The more information the better but only information you feel is necessary, don't fill your page with fluff
