What to do if vendor did not want to honor the "Money Back Guarantee"?

Hello,

I'm purchased IM product recently. If I didn't statisfied with the product I request for a refund as per the "Money Back Guarantee" stated in the sales page. Nothing personal. But my recent vendor keeps on stalling and giving excuses every time I request for my refund. The product is awful and it has a membership site with monthly subscription (content creation) without any content. It only has a link to a facebook group page which I guess is a mastermind group page.

In the event the vendor didn't honor their 30/60/90 money back guarantee, what can we as a consumer do?

Sorry to say nothing this is something you have to take up with them , there are two sides to a story and this is just yours, no one can get the money back and if a vendor decides not to Tuff you may have gone past a date and it expired

We have no idea what the real story is

Hello Jason, no it didn't pass the 30/60/90 days mark yet. I just purchased it this month.

Where did you purchase from? If directly, there may not be much you can do except try to leave a message on his FB groups, page etc.

If bought from jvzoo or as a wso, you may be able to inquire with the relevant adminstrators.

I bought it from JV Zoo. I try to leave a message to their support staff but they keep giving excuses after excuses. Who on JV Zoo I can contact to help me with this matter? It seems like the vendor taking me for a ride and seems like they are not serious to honor their refund policy.

Things like this will make me more cautious in buying IM product in the future.

If you paid with a credit card and you have the guarantee from the vendor in writing, you simply contact your credit card company and initiate a chargeback. In this instance, the credit card company takes your side and takes care of getting you the refund.

I purchased it using a debit card. Can it be done?

You do a chargeback or contact Paypal and file a report.

You may find consolation in the fact that unscrupulous sellers don't last.

As far as what actions you can take, you can cancel a recurring payment through PayPal, if that is where it is being processed.

Also, you should report it to the affiliate platform if the seller is using a 3rd party affiliate processor like Clickbank or JVZoo, etc... They can sometimes expedite a resolution.

Posting in the FB Mastermind may also get the attention of the seller.

If you have a legitimate complaint and are within the terms of your guarantee period, you may also be able to dispute the charge through your credit card company.

I hope these suggestions are helpful.

    All the best,

    Pat

Sometimes telling the vendor that you will open a chargeback dispute will focus their mind so give them (say) 48 hours for their refund.

If still no luck, file a dispute - make sure you download a copy of the page that says there's a guarantee.

JVZoo and Warrior Plus don't seem to get much involved with refunds beyond contacting the vendor on your behalf.

On clickbank, you can request it through CB directly.

On JVZoo, if the seller does not reply, open a paypal dispute or a card chargeback
