Selling in Warrior Forum

This is my first time releasing my own products on W/F or any affiliate site and could use some advice. My reason for asking is that I do not want to alienate WF or the affiliate/JV groups by any mis-steps in my marketing approach and timing.

I have developed a course which teaches people how to start a business utilizing affiliate marketing.

There are 25-30 videos that include pdf's, two different ebooks, two workbooks and misc. support material available in my Resource Center so it is a pretty extensive course.

I have built a sales funnel on JVZ starting out with an ebook that I wrote showing case studies on the right way and wrong way to start making money on the Internet, mainly based upon my experiences.

Procrastination is setting in:

1. Should I go ahead and release on JVZ only within the next two-three weeks?
2. Release the learning course only on WF for a short time at a discounted price prior to the release on JVZ?
3. Release them both at the same time?

One other question: If I release the learning course on WF, do I have to use a different "buy button" than what is already on JVZ?

I would appreciate any guidance.

release what is most interesting first, that way the consumer wants to come back when you release your second set of guidelines.

If I were you I would release the course as a WSO first at a discount so that you can get some feedback from your customers.

When releasing your course you could ask for feedback on what your customers like and disliked about your course.

After you have your feedback, then you can edit your course to make it more customer friendly.

After editing your course, you can then launch it on JVZoo.

As for using a different by button for JV zoo and the WF, you can launch your WSO using Warrior Payments or Warrior Plus.

You could launch the WSO as a thread in the Warrior Forum and launch the Jzoo version on your own website.

Another good option if you really want to utilize existing forum traffic would be to release your product in the WSO section using Warrior Plus, and then a few days later you could release in the WF classifieds section using JVZoo, or vice versa.

This way you could take advantage of the affiliates in both platforms and at the same time maximize your Warrior Forum exposure.

I'm not 100% if that is allowed by WF, but I don't see why not.

Maybe a mod can chime in and let us know, or you could always put in a support ticket and ask. It's an option to think about.

OK, Webmarke, am seriously considering your suggestion and releasing my product as a WSO.

I need to figure out what I must change in order to get it to work on WF. Can I use the same URL's?

Will my JVZ "buy buttons" and "no thanks" buttons work the same way on WF or do I have to use WF coding?

I see that I can do an up-sell which is what I will do, if allowed. My front end offer is an ebook that I wrote and will offer it as a dime sale. It looks like that can be done on WF.

Is there anything else to change that I am not considering?

      Thanks for the suggestion.

As someone mentioned feedback is critical. Everyone is the number one fan of their own product.

Do not sell it for feedback you do not want a history of refunds if it really needed some tweaking.

Give away your product to people you trust to deliver a timely review for you and be sure to give it to each level in your niche both newbies and seasoned pros.

Then only after that and making any adjustments to the content would I place it for sale.

It is exciting times please do some research on properly launching your product it is very important that first day.

Hi Profit Traveler: Good suggestions. I have had two Sr. Affiliate marketers reviewing my work and giving me suggestions on changes to be made as the product was being created. Yes, it is exciting times but, also a nerve-racking. With a few more tweaks, it will be time to "press the button."

    Good advice from Profit Traveler.

If this is your first launch of a product, you are well advised to test it out before launching.

Also, before the launch you should utilize the services of Muncheye and other launch calendars to get some pre-launch momentum and get some JVs onboard to promote at the launch time.

Create some buzz. Perhaps have a contest. (JVZ simplified the JV contest feature recently.)

Wishing you all the best on the launch.
