I keep telling them this, and they keep sending me the same message over over over and over again!
"Thank you for submitting the requested documentation. We have reviewed the information you provided and unfortunately at this time we are unable to provide support in Arabic language for your country.
We have noted that you have provided documents in Arabic language. Please provide a signed and/or notarized English translation of the documents for us to restore access to your PayPal account and avoid further limitation."
Please help, i've been in this problem for days now.
