PayPal is joking - (Limited Account Access)

Recently, PayPal made my account access limited and they want a proof of my address & name. They want me to send them utility bills and ID to verify these things. Here's the problem, i live in Egypt our main language is Arabic so all of this bills & IDs they want comes in Arabic(it's our main language) and when i sent them these things they refused it because they want English versions!!! How so? all of our important documents in my country issued in Arabic, How can i send it to them in English!!!!!!

I keep telling them this, and they keep sending me the same message over over over and over again!

I quote:
"Thank you for submitting the requested documentation. We have reviewed the information you provided and unfortunately at this time we are unable to provide support in Arabic language for your country.

We have noted that you have provided documents in Arabic language. Please provide a signed and/or notarized English translation of the documents for us to restore access to your PayPal account and avoid further limitation."

Please help, i've been in this problem for days now.

    Ask them what kind of official translation they want.

    Normally a translation from a certified translator should suffice.

    Remember that large companies are much like large bureaucracies. Employees want to take no personal initiative and follow to the letter the instructions.

    Why don't you just do this to solve the problem?

    They want you to sent the English version of your documents which are signed by your local sworn English translator (who has real contact address, phone number & maybe valid email as well). That's it.

    Go find that sworn translator in your city, pay him to translate such documents.
    Then scan the original documents side by side with the English version done by translator.
    Then send them all to PayPal again.

    Speaking of paypal, have any of you had any problems logging in to the website recently? I use chrome and it keeps giving me an error message. Not sure why. I never had this problem before.

    No I don't have any difficulty to access my Paypal account.

    Maybe there's a problem on your computer?

    The authority of Paypal do not accept the Arabic language. They wanted to get in English. In this case you can translate this documents in English Language then Notarized these documents by aby lawyer. After all you can send the docs again. I am sure, your problem will be solved. Thanks for your advance.
