How to promote a vacation rental website?

I have a vacation rental listing website startup in Europe. We've launched in February and are currently looking for the best digital marketing strategy that could work for us. GoogleAdwords, blogs, contextual advertising, SEO etc. will do but our budgets are limited and the investor requires quick results or at least some positive changes that they can see. So I am wondering what tool would be the best for the beginners like us.

Another thing is where I can find stats and figures that show the initial budget, conversion, CPC, CPU etc. that similar websites had at the beginning, how long their pay-off period was etc. We need this to estimate the time and the budgets and also to persuade our investor that we should keep doing all that. Thank you!

If you need quick results, then PPC with Adwords or Facebook are the way to go.
SEO done right can take months before you see any results.

With PPC if your lucky you can see ROI on next day....

As for the finding baseline data like that, I am not sure where you can find data like that, but the closest thing I can think of is semrush.

Go with PPC for the expected results soon. And if you can possible to get the backlinks from the authority sites which is related to your niche would be a good choice for you. Also, try to get more social shares such as Facebook and Twitter.

RE: rental listing website startup in Europe

i've done it for about 15 years, but global, not just EU

best customers come from G, natural search

number 2 is adwords, but keywords are VERY expensive, so depends on your ROI if you make it happen or not.

best in EU: ads on TV, but this one I never did, because today they ALL do it, so the
cost factor plus the competition is a thing i was SO concerned about - that i Quit the game.

    Good luck my man!
