Getting more visibility and traffic

Hi there,

I'm trying to get more traffic for my company's webpage: InstantGMP and I need some assistance because I'm at my wit's end. We do social postings, we have videos on vimeo and youtube, we have blog posts, and it's just really hard for us to get exposure based on the niche we're in. Help is appreciated! We're also running a paid PPC campaign this month.

    You say that you have videos on youtube so my next question would be..."Have you tried Adwords for Video (Youtube Ads). If you have quality video and promote them to the right audience, then you can get some very cheap exposure for your videos. You will then need to convert those extra video views traffic into traffic to your website.

    I suggest you try this method because Adwords for Video is about 8-10 cheaper that regular Pay Per Click Adword advertising.

    Have you done your market research? Who is actively seeking your software and where do they hang out? Who are your competitors and where do their clients find them?

    Judging from your product line, it looks like it's catered to specialty manufacturers. Try LinkedIn search, and find executives for the manufacturers that you're catering to. If you're in the USA, try the Yellow Pages and contact them there. There are also business / manufacturer directories at the big libraries in your city.

    According to mentors' advice, you should try to be more engaging in blogs that are related to your niche. Provide them with as much free information as possible. Because this way you will build good trust and you will be able to drive traffic from those blogging websites. This is a free and simple way to generate traffic. Again there are other ways like paid traffic and/or solo ads. You can try to make Banner Ads for about $5 from Fiverr.com and host them on websites that you think will get you a lot of traffic.     Here some ways to increase your traffic and get more visibility:
    - tell people in oyur social networks about your new post:
    - make your content visible to search engines;
    - pay for traffic to your website;
    - bug your real-life friends;
    - use appropriate tags;
    - read and comment on other blogs;
    - link to other blogs;
    - let people know about your posts;
    - blog regularly.
