Trying to post a WSO. On checkout "Payment failed"?

I have submitted a WSO and after clicking the "Check out with Paypal" button to pay the $20 fee, I get "Payment Failed. Please try again". Several times, so I'm unable to complete the process. I move away from this checkout page and I can see my thread in the "My Offers" section on the payments.warriorforum.com subdomain

Is this common? What could be causing this? Tried with Chrome and Firefox.

    If you look at the top level navigation bar, you'll see "help desk."
    That's where you should aim your question because we can't see the problem or advise you on what is causing it as it may be for a number of reasons.
