301 redirect to a new domain

I have an under performing website which has still has some pretty decent links pointing to it because our content marketing has been relatively successful. The under performance is likely due to some unsavory practices in 2012/13 (was a naive newbie then). I've used the disavow tool and have been waiting patiently for the new Penguin update but I know there are no guarantees the site will reach its full potential.

If I were to close the site down, could I 301 redirect (right name?) only certain pages to another website I own? By this I mean all the blog posts I've published over the past year which have decent links. As the unsavory practices preceded these posts I know their clean. The homepage is probably corrupted so I don't want to redirect that.

I'm not to savvy when it comes to some of the more technical aspects of SEO, hence the question. Any answers greatly appreciated!

If you are facing with all posts then developer of domain is the authorized person who can redirect all pages or posts with coding. If there are some posts that are mentioned in webmaster tool as well then redirect is the work that an SEO can also do. If you need these both services in a reasonable package and quickly then hire a resource like VirtueNetz. It will be more effective to work with zero error rate.
