I m trying to sell a physical product on Clickbank but they will approve if the product is shipped from the USA (I'm in the UK)

Does anyone know of any good fulfilment companies at a reasonable price?

    Small Business Warehouse in Tampa, FL was good. No start-up costs $25 fee per month per pallet with reasonable picking and shipping fees. They're also easy to implement as you only have to have a forwarded order email sent to them which can be done in pretty much any payment processor/site.
