I just want to Know.

What will happen if anybody sells other Author's Copy writed Book.

What action can be taken.

    Are you talking about a copywriter who has written your book or about copyrighting as in protecting ownership of your book?

    You can be sued and criminally prosecuted.

    If you want to make money by selling someone else's book or any other product, then make sure the owner has an affiliate program (where you promote the product and earn commissions on any sales generated though your referral link).

    Sure, if you want to get sued and/or go to prison. The whole point of copywrite laws is to protect people's intellectual property from thieves that try to rip them off.

    You can hire a ghostwriter to write a book for you and then you own all rights and can claim ownership as the author. It's called a work for hire.

    But selling another person's book is theft. So is giving it away for free.
