What are your products? Different platforms work well for different products..

The usual social media channels (FaceBook, Twitter, etc.) will probably be of some benefit.

However, here are a few suggestions I have from running a home business group for 10 years:

        1. Think long-term. Throwing out links to "sell your stuff" isn't a great strategy. You may get a sale or two, but you'll also be competing with many, many others doing the same thing. Look at this as a long-term gig, building your career for years.

        2. Build your own brand. You're not just a distributor with ItWorks. You are [Your Name], who is [Your Area of Expertise, Mission, USP, etc.], who also happens to be an ItWorks distributor. There is a huge difference.

        3. Develop your own assets. Have your own website, build your own mailing list, develop your own products (books, e-books, newsletter, etc.). Don't depend solely on sites like FB, Twitter, etc. (They can disappear overnight.) Don't rely solely on a company-provided website, either.

An example: Since ItWorks is about health, start branding yourself as an authority in the health and wellness field. Differenciate yourself from others by letting your personality show in your website, blog (if you choose to have one), etc.

I know you don't want to think about it, but the reality is that many MLM/Direct sales companies close. When they do, many reps are left with nothing. They have branded themselves as an XYZ Widget Company rep, not as Susan Jones, [Insert Niche Here] Expert. If you've branded yourself correctly, you can switch companies and still maintain your positioning and authority.

Leggings would sell well on Etsy.

i think if you are in food, or have good products, fb, and pintrest could be realy good.

But if you are after high volume sales, use BING, PPV, GOOGLE ads, and PPC.

Remember to build your list, and offer your clients freebies, sales, promotions, rewards, cash prizes, etc.

Are you using Shopify? I heard Shopify sites work very well with Facebook ads.
