How to create blog posts around narrow product range?

Hi Guys, I'm having this new website which is about security device for apartments or condos, ok everything is great, but I need to drive some traffic. So I've created a blog but soon after realized that I have no ideas what to write about....

I can list all the features
I can list all the benefits
I can explain why is it good, but it can be done in a post or two, ok, maybe three.

So from your experience, how to write blog posts around single product if almost everything about it can be explained in a few posts.

Thanks for your help.

    Hi Avoleoo,
Maybe you could put other blog post about security and lists to keep your apartment/condo safe. Just common sense things. Other than that there are tons of other security ideas about cars and other things. Think a little higher than your security device, just to draw them in to see your product.

Have you ever dropped a pebble in a pool of water?

The pebble hits the water and sinks, and you are presented with a series of rings which continue to expand.

The initial splash is your product, features, FAQ, etc.

The next ring is about the possible pain of not being protected. Stories work well here. Search the news sites for personal stories about break ins and home invasions. Help people feel what it's like to have their personal space violated.

Next, posts about the aftermath of a break in. Insurance hassles. Police reports. Fixing or replacing damaged items.

Just use your imagination to come up with angles that could lead back to your device as a solution - it doesn't always have to be about direct sales from the post.

Let's look at the rings in another way.

I'm assuming here that your site is relatively new. If so, you may get more bang for the buck, so to speak, by putting your content in front of other peoples' audiences. Things like guest posting, YouTube videos, Facebook posts, maybe something like a Pinterest board showing crime scene photos.

You start by approaching people in related niches, but non-competitive. Create high value content and give it to them in exchange for a link back to your site, preferably a lead capture page. When you have those covered, move another ring out to slightly looser related sites, yet still relevant, and repeat.

Don't neglect off-web opportunities, like email newsletters and print publications.

Here's the tl;dr version: get your name and offer in front of eyeballs who might be ready, willing and able to buy your device.
