Loading money on Payoneer

Bobane, I've been a Payoneer user for 5 years now. I use this service to get paid for my freelance work. Payoneer Support can be a little slow, that's true. You can send a private message with your location, and I can see if a local Payoneer Ambassador can help you. I've met lots of Payoneer guys on conferences I used to attend. Also, it would help a lot, if you could explain the transfer process, so I can suggest which option is the most suitable for you. Cheers, Nesha

Hi Nesho,

I am based in Serbia, but my company is based in UK. We are Lead Generation network and we need to add Payoneer as our payment method. The thing we want is to pay our affiliates by Payoneer, because we have too many requests for this and to do that, we need to load our Payoneer account with money right, so we need the most suitable way to do this.

So, you need to load it first. Right? If you want to load it, you can use your bank account or a credit card. Of course, it needs to be an active card.

If you want to pay your affiliates, then all they have to do is to send you a payment link. I can provide you with one for you to use.

Just answer these questions:
-is your Payoneer card active
-do you have money on your card or you need to load it
-do you want to pay someone or to be paid

As soon as you answer I will provide you with some helpful links.

It's business account and it's active but we need to load it first! That's the only thing we need to do actually! Once we load money to account, it will be easy to pay affiliates.
So please provide me with solution of how to load an account.

Try this. You need to pay to yourself by using your credit card or bank account.

You will actually treat yourself as a client, who's paying you money. Follow the payment link and you should be fine.

Unfortunately, there is no Receive tab in our account

You can see in attach there is just Activity tab here...

Please create a screenshot of your account with all tabs available. If you worry about privacy you can paint the critical parts. This is supposed to be a simple operation. Something is wrong.

I'm afraid you'll have to wait a couple of days. Payoneer support can be painfully slow. My first-hand experience. Keep us posted.

I've tried this method and it works:
Send a payment request to a friend or family member, and ask them to pay you by credit card, money will be loaded to your account after 2 or 3 working days after payoneer approval.

They have a live chat support which is normally a bit of que time but they can normally help you out.

I have had an account there 5 years and you used to be able to upload funds by credit card but not sure you can do that anymore.

i just login my payoneer account and receive the message that "Your card is blocked!"..
Can anyone have idea about it..Because i didn't get any email from payoneer about it...

My card was blocked because Payoneer suspected that my account/card was hacked.

So, you need to contact the support. Then, you will have to ask for a new card. If you don't want to wait too long, then you have to pay $50 or something to get it by plane in 3 days.

Contact support. My advice use the live chat option.

Lemme know what happened.

It is rally easy to load money on the Payoneer to Payoneer. You can exchange money from your friend's/ Relative or, nearest one. On the flip side you can load money by bank/ International Card. Thanks
