Help changing direction

As some of you know my core business is building bespoke applications in Excel and these sell for up to £2k-£3k. My trouble is that my niche market has all but vanished - big companies are switching to cloud and smart apps rather than spreadsheets.

However there is a market at the other end of the scale £30 to £600. This mainly doing things like fixing broken spreadsheets, generating reports and building smaller tools in Excel. These strike me as services that other people could resell. I have already set up a "White Label" option on my website (here). This allows resellers to use their own brand and to set their own margins.

Is white labelling the best way to achieve this? And what is the best way to attract resellers?

What alternative methods are there that are suitable for a service of this type?

My long term aim is to build a VOD site for Excel tutorials but that is in the very early stages at the moment.
