How to cancel a recurring payment through JV Zoo?

Does anyone know how to cancel a recurring payment through JV Zoo?

I bought Social Lead Chief by Stefan van der Vlag and it's a recurring payment of $9.99 a month via Paypal. I have never used it and want to cancel my recurring payment.

I have emailed him repeatedly, asking to cancel my subscription. I can't seem to cancel through Paypal or JV Zoo. JV Zoo says to contact the seller directly, but he just ignores my requests.

Any insight would help. Thanks!

    Hello,

    You should be able to cancel it via paypal...you should find it under preapproved payments or similar.
